‘Hyper Blue’ Evolves With the Air Max DN Exclusively at JD Sports
The latest evolution in lineage, the has already dropped in some killer colourways like the 'All Day' and 'All Night'. The 2024 Air Max Day silhouette is now set to pay tribute to one of its formidable predecessors, with a ‘Hyper Blue’ colourway dropping exclusively at .
With initials that stand for ‘Dynamic Air’, the DN’s developments saw the Swoosh push their Air technology to new limits. The future-forward model features a dual-chambered, four-tubed Air unit for a springier step; however, despite its bold new advancements, other details call back to models past. Most noticeably, the DN logo builds on that of an iconic Nike silhouette – a model that fans of the ‘Hyper Blue’ colourway will be very familiar with since its debut in 1998.
Though it forgoes the gradient detail of past 'Hyper Blue' colourways, the Air Max DN iteration sees its uppers come saturated in the titular shade, with tonal blues touching down on the toe caps, mudguards, sole units, heels and midfoot shanks. However, gradient blue DN Air badges on the tongue tabs play on the colourway’s theme, and the family’s usual yellow versions hit the heels.
Worn here by superstar producer Metro Boomin, the ‘Hyper Blue’ Air Max DN is a fitting tribute to a cult classic Air Max colourway. To cop the next Air-volution of 'Hyper Blue', hit the link below.
