Kith x TAG Heuer Make History With the Formula 1 Watch Series
When the TAG Heuer Formula 1 first released in 1986, it marked a series of firsts both for the brand and the watch collecting community: it was the first watch to feature the TAG Heuer name, the first premium composite quartz watch, and for many, it was the first watch they fell in love with. , the founder of , was one of those many, ‘The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Series 1 in red and black was my very first watch, the timepiece that helped me express the unique style that’s now manifested itself in Kith’. Which is why it is fitting for Fieg and Kith to join TAG Heuer in bringing the Formula 1 timepiece into 2024.
The 2024 iteration will stay true to the beloved original specs, and TAG Heuer have even gone as far as hunting down the original supplier of the case along with the mold that was used for the 1986 pieces. This heritage is paired with an upgrade in materials: the plastic crystal has been updated to sapphire and the strap has switched out plastic for rubber. The Formula 1 series will come in a range of eye-popping colours, including blue, beige, yellow, red, steel, black and green, but the most defining feature of the colab lies in the logo. For the first time in TAG Heuer’s history, they are combining their logo with a collaborative partner, combining Kith’s logo into the insignia. Kith’s motto ‘Just Us’ also features on the face of the watch.

The limited-edition Kith x TAG Heuer Formula 1 series is available to purchase now via and will release on May 6 via , with a range of 250-1350 pieces available for each iteration.
