2021’s Air Jordan 5 ‘Total Orange’ Might Have Some Surprises
and mock-up artists have had a long record of predicting upcoming releases, often many months in advance. Whether or not their foresight lands in the correct ballpark is a debate for another day, but sometimes their ambitious footwear fortune telling comes correct. For example, if the upcoming ‘Total Orange’ does indeed look like this Photoshop job, then that’s some massive crystal balls the leakers are reading from.
At first glance, this render seems conventional enough in white leather uppers with black hits and orange accents, recalling vibes in . Look a little further, and notice the plastic netting that usually ventilates the midfoot supposedly growing into the ankle panel. The flat texture of the image does definitely make it purely speculative at this point, but, given what to the model, anything is possible at this stage.
Either way, this AJ5 isn’t expected to be available until late-2021 anyway, so these mock-ups are inevitably subject to change, if not be completely different to the final retail version. That said, after a fairly quiet 30th anniversary of the iconic Jordans in 2020, it’ll be nice to see some more inline offerings next year.
