A Detailed Look at the adidas Harden Vol. 5
We’ve already seen the latest signature releases from the likes of and Donovan Mitchell, and now are rolling out the latest for their marquee man: James Harden. The Harden Vol. 5 is The Beard’s newest weapon to dominate the court, coming through with a fresh aesthetic thanks to designer Jalal Enayah, who previously worked on Jordan Brand’s products.
The look may be new, but the 5 does share some similarities to the popular , namely the textured midsoles, lower-cut ankle, and sleek shape. Things are updated on the side profiles, which use a synthetic textile instead of mesh, while the midfoot overlays allow the laces to loop through. Additionally, Harden’s personal ‘H’ logo and signature hit the tongue, as medial walls come dressed with ‘Created W/ James Harden. Volume 5 Chapter 1 / Creator’ printed text. As for the colourway, the ‘Why Not’ vibes come through, with Rockets red paired up with haphazard coloured accents delivering a playful debut for the new shoe.
We haven’t got an official announcement from adidas regarding the release rollout just yet. However, you can expect pairs to arrive in the coming months globally, with Europe the first region to receive stock. More to come!
