Though the UltraBOOST 23 appears to feature an overall shape that's largely the same as the , it also boasts a new knit pattern and a fresh cushioning setup.
The cushioning setup is the main point of interest, as the thick midsoles offer a less pebbled texture than previous iterations did, and feature a debossed LightBOOST graphic. From a looks standpoint, the potential UltraBOOST 23 features track-ready red/black/white and blue/black/white colourways, each of which boasts flecked detailing for an abstract digital camo style. The toebox's lines are much more pronounced, the heel clip appears to have been slimmed down and the Three Stripe midfoot cage features hi-vis reflective detailing.
Without official confirmation from the Trefoil, it's impossible to pinpoint the exact tech specs or release date of this new BOOST sneaker. It's also worth keeping in mind that these could be an early production sample that differs from the final product.
