Closer Look at the adidas Yeezy Knit Runner 'Faded Azure'

Update July 27, 2022: New photos of the adidas Yeezy Knit Runner 'Faded Azure' have been revealed via Yeezy Mafia. They provide a more detailed look at the azure blue and sage green colourway, its ombre-style details and its pine green outsoles, but we're still awaiting information on a release date! Keep it locked for an update as soon as a date of arrival is announced.

​ Kanye West might be peeved with adidas for stealing his sauce on the adilette 22 sandal, but come hell or high water the Yeezy line's releases are going to keep on rolling out. The latest to appear is a new take on the Knit Runner that's dubbed 'Faded Azure' and features a unique ombre-style fade on its upper.

Easily (or should we say Yeez-ily?) the most colourful makeup of the Knit Runner we've seen yet, the 'Faded Azure' boasts a multi-colour upper that seamlessly shifts from sport blue heels to mossy green toeboxes – with some steel grey thrown in for effect as well. Collars are done up in bright sport blue, and, as is par for the course, show the shoe's size on the lateral side.

Down below, a small cut-out detail on the midfoot and a classic herringbone outsole with the Knit Runner's only visible piece of adidas branding round off the look. This is the second Yeezy to appear in a 'Faded Azure' colour scheme, as the Yeezy BOOST 700 'Faded Azure' dropped back in November 2021.

Revealed by @presitgeclt, an aftermarket sneaker boutique located in Charlotte, North Carolina, the 'Faded Azure' has yet to receive a release date. However, it should touch down in the coming months. When it does, it'll be priced at $200.
