Update November 14, 2023: Advisory Board Crystals have taken to Instagram with not one but two pieces of good news for fans of the Vans colab. The first is that there's a third colourway expected, with a navy pair joining the already known 'Sail' and black pairs, and the second is that the colab is set for release on November 15 via Abc.'s online store.

Update October 18, 2023: Official imagery has emerged of the Advisory Board Crystals x Vans Sk8-Hi, confirming the collaboration is on the way. All signs point to a 2023 release.

Update October 16, 2023: Just days after the initial on-foot leak, another colourway has surfaced of the latest Advisory Board Crystals x Vans Sk8-Hi collaboration. Peruse the 'Ecru' colourway below and stay locked for more details.

Cali-based Advisory Board Crystals are fresh off their fire opal-inspired Vans EVDNT dubbed ‘Miracle Conditions'. Pairs sold out shortly after release, with fans wanting more from the brand. They may not have to wait long because pre-announcement on-foot imagery has surfaced via industry Insider YankeeKicks. Their next collaborative silhouette will be the SK8-Hi, and it boasts an interesting mis-matched build.

The upper is built with a mix of leather and suede, bolstered with premium touches like the branded lace toggle, special tongue branding and Abc. toe cap logo. The colourway is comprised of a simple black and white; however, each shoe in the pair hosts mismatched panelling and laces, perfectly complimenting the cream midsole.
