Official Images: Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Bred Toe’
The Air Jordan 1 is one of the veritable mainstays in sneaker culture, its credentials can’t be overstated. Arriving via the feet of in the mid-80s (insert goat noises here), the Peter Moore-designed silhouette later found a second life in America's skate parks, where a new generation resonated with the shoe’s sturdy capabilities.
Flash forward to more recent years, and the Air Jordan 1 is more popular than ever, with everyone from to all jumping aboard MJ’s high-flying inaugural shoe.
Of course, while high-cut versions of the model have long ruled the roost, we’ve also seen plenty of Lows and Mids enter the Jumpman fray. The latest ‘Bred Toe’ rendition is emblazoned in a classic mix of Chicago Bulls red, black and white. A colourway first introduced in 2018, the palette continues to inspire plenty of Air Jordans, with a version of the AJ1 Low seen as recently as December, 2021.
Still, we’re not complaining.
Manufactured in a classic mix of mesh, leather and suede, the Air Jordan 1 features red Jumpmans on the tongues and insoles – a slight variation of the previous iteration, which featured white.
