Pounce on the ‘Panda’ Air Jordan 1 Low
is one of the most pervasive nicknames in the sneaker scene right now. Commonly attributed to the in black and white, this simple two-tone combo has now reached the same-same-but-different (check out to know the differences between them) Low.
This isn’t the first time B&W has featured on the AJ1. In fact, it happened all the way back circa 1985 on the model’s OG high-top format, which happens to be . Anyway, this low version is a takedown edition of that, both in a literal and tiering sense.
The ‘Panda’ package here is pretty straightforward, with alternating panels of black and white leather on the upper forming the allusion to the animal. There’s a bit of nylon on the tongue and the soles are solid rubber (with some Air hidden inside) for a little material variation.
Unlike the inspiration’s scarcity, there should be ample stock of the Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Panda’ when it arrives at Nike retailers in coming months.
