Official Images: Air Jordan 1 Low ‘True Blue’

The Air Jordan 1 and the Nike Dunk continue to duke it out in the sneaker industry for cultural supremacy, the 1980s hoopers released in a veritable goldmine of in-line colourways and collaborations in recent years.

The Air Jordan 1 has again made a strong start to 2022, Michael Jordan’s debut sneaker appearing in ‘Georgetown’ and ‘Dark Marina Blue’. The latest offering pays homage to a classic in the Jumpman vault, the Air Jordan 1 ‘True Blue’ taking aesthetic cues from the OG Air Jordan 3 ‘True Blue’.

Utilising elephant print for the heel and eyestays, the Air Jordan 1 is manufactured with a crisp white leather base with reptilian texture forefoot overlays. Blue suede collars add more material depth to the design, while black leather Swooshes present classic branding. Down below, white midsoles and blue rubber outsoles complete the design.

Look for the Air Jordan 1 Low ‘True Blue’ to release in the coming months.
