Where to Buy the Air Jordan 4 'Zen Master' aka 'Amethyst Wave'

The Air Jordan 4 has been one of 2022’s Jordan Brand heavy hitters, arriving in a swathe of new colurways such as the ‘Military Black’ and ‘Blank Canvas’. There’s also been a constant influx of leaks, a ‘Canyon Purple’ iteration is on the way and so is a minimal ‘Black Canvas’.

Next up is one of the most colourful AJ4s we’ve ever seen and it’s called ‘Zen Master’ but is officially known as ‘Amethyst Wave’. This pair has been a long-time coming, we’ve had almost a year long lead up full of leaks and rumours, and it wasn’t until May this year when official confirmation came through. According to early information, the ‘Zen Master’ was allegedly inspired by 11-time NBA champion coach Phil Jackson who was known to engage in spiritual practices such as Buddhism. Interestingly, in the SNKRS description there’s no mention of Jackson or ‘Zen Master’.

One of the crazier Air Jordan 4s, the ‘Amethyst Wave’ opts for a complete tie-dye upper using a canvas-like material and black accents. Sure to catch plenty of eyes, it’s hitting shelves this week and a bunch of EU stockists have confirmed that they’ll be getting pairs.
