Update November 10, 2022: The Air Jordan 6 ‘Chrome’ release has been potentially delayed at select retailers until November 26.

Throughout 2022, the Air Jordan 6 has been subtly succeeding, with Jordan Brand releasing colourways on a regular basis, including specialised Player Exclusive pairs for select US colleges. The ‘UNC’ was one of the heaviest hitters of the year, with plenty of Jordan Brand fans on the quest to cop. It may have just met its match, because the highly anticipated Air Jordan 6 ‘Chrome’ aka ‘Black Metallic’ is being primed for release.

Does this pair look familiar? A similar colourway, also dubbed ‘Chrome’ released in the low-top version of the Air Jordan 6 back in 2015! This upcoming high iteration exudes the same DNA, with full-blacked-out nubuck uppers, bolstered with metallic silver midsole accents and lace lock Jumpman branding. Elsewhere, the icy blue outsole brings some old school flavour.
