2024 seems like a big year for the Jumpman, as they are bringing back some heat. Air Jordan 4 ‘Bred’ and the Air Jordan 1 ‘Black Toe’ are getting Reimagined this year and some OGs like the Air Jordan 9 ‘Powder Blue’ are coming out of hibernation. Jordan Brand are giving the people what they want, and another OG Air Jordan 9 returns in 2024 for its 30th anniversary, according to Sneaker Files.

The Air Jordan 9 ‘Olive’ originally dropped in 1993, with the last retro seen in 2012. The Jumpman have brought back similar versions to the OG in recent years, swapping in 'Concord' accenting for 'Red' in 2022 and a more rugged boot iteration in 2017. The Tinker Hatfield-designed sneaker features a black leather upper with olive green suede overlays and red accenting used on the Air Jordan and Jumpman branding. A black midsole and outsole finish off the sneaker.

The Air Jordan 9 ‘Olive’ is expected to return in Holiday 2024 via SNKRS and at select retailers. Keep it tuned to Sneaker Freaker for any updates.
