‘Lucky Green’ colourway has been a bit of a running theme throughout 2023, so it was only fitting for it to end up on the . Having already paid tribute to a selection of retro-inspired colourways during its rollout, this new version nods to Jordan’s wins over the Boston Celtics, including the 1986 Playoffs, when he scored 63 points over the team.
Despite the colourway’s bragging rights, the ‘Lucky Green’ Air Jordan MVP 678 keeps things pretty understated and opts for grey uppers and ‘Lucky Green’ accents, which hit the lateral heels and the sole units. This comes contrasted with solid black branding hits, which come in the form of Jumpman logos at the lateral ankles and Nike Air Branding at the heels. A 23 detail also appears on the medial sides.
