Update July 6, 2023: Yoon Ahn has unveiled her latest AMBUSH x Nike Air More Uptempo. Peruse the on-foot look below and stay locked for the release information.

Yoon Ahn has been on a roll with her sneaker collaborations over the past year or so, most recently bringing back retro hoopers like the Air Adjust Force – via her label AMBUSH. Releasing in a total of four colourways, Ahn also reworked the Nike Air Force 1 this year, giving it AMBUSHified Swooshes, meaning they were enlarged, extended and, basically, noticeable from a good distance away.

As it’s been a number of years since AMBUSH began collaborating with the Swoosh, and their collaborative roster only continues to grow. In 2020 AMBUSH churned out a stack of Nike Dunk Highs, even tapping the Nike Air Max 180 High prior to that. Now it looks as though Ahn is readying to add another key Nike silhouette to the roster, that being the Air More Uptempo. Taking to her Instagram account, Ahn has shared a first look at what appears to be a brand new rendition of the hardwood model in an undeniably GORP-friendly colourway. Bright yellow has been used to block the AIR callouts as well as the AMBUSH heel branding. The uppers look to be a tan colour, with khaki lacing, which also appears to be wider and more rope-like.
