atmos Mid Valley is the New Sneaker Destination for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Welcome to Kuala Lumpur, atmos! The Japanese retailer is expanding their Far East operations with a second store in the Malaysian capital, and they’ve brought the heat.

Located in the Mid Valley Megamall in KL, the new atmos store carries the latest and greatest from the usual suspects like Nike, adidas and ASICS, but they’ll highlight lesser known brands and left-field offerings from HOKA ONE ONE and Medicom.

For their grand opening last week, atmos Mid Valley dropped some of the biggest releases in the past few months, making for a lucky second chance for local sneakerheads. It was a prime opportunity to catch up on some missed Dunks and recent colabs. Naturally, being atmos, the store will also be home to plenty of exclusive sneakers and streetwear.

KL hosted the first Malaysian atmos store last year in the bustling Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). The Mid Valley Megamall is situated south west to KLCC, and takes about 30 minutes on public transport to reach. Judging by these store launch pics, it looks like the trip out will be worth it to pick up some killer releases!
