Bid Now: Pre-Skated Nike SB Dunk and Air Jordan Auction For Hurricane Ida Relief Effort
For sneakerheads starved of beat feet heat, this eBay auction is an instant feed to a flexitarian diet. The owner of Humidity skate shop in New Orleans, Philly Santosuosso, is auctioning off 23 pairs of desirable sneakers – mostly and a few – with proceeds going towards communities affected by Hurricane Ida, which is currently moving through the east of the United States.
As Santosuosso notes on his Instagram post about the collection, ‘If you ever came to the shop you would’ve seen these in the window a lot of people always ask to buy them so now is the time’.
The sneakers (sized between 11 and 12) up for grabs include plenty of big-ticket releases, such as the ‘Chunky Dunky’, ‘Elephant’, ‘Green Lobster’, plus a super rare F&F ‘Canary’ edition of the Diamond collaboration. Plenty of well-skated Jordans are also in the mix, with some toasted Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 colabs, and even a pair of Air Jordan 4s! As it appears, the Humidity owner is no stranger to kissing kicks with griptape, so perhaps it’s not that shocking to see an Off-White Dunk in the mangled mix.
With 100 per cent of proceeds going towards Southern Solidarity, a grassroots volunteer initiative based in Humidity’s hometown of New Orleans, this fundraiser will go towards a seriously good cause. Bid on the auction , which ends in five days!
