Carhartt WIP Bring Their Signature Hue to the New Balance 990v6

As the weather continues to get cooler in the States, chore coats and double knees are pulled from the bottom of the closet and into the rotation. To go with that, New Balance have tapped Carhartt WIP on a workwear-themed NB 990v6 that’s set to drop later this fall.

Carhartt WIP and New Balance collaborated last year on the NB 990v1 in a navy colourway, and the two are now bringing Carhartt’s signature Hamilton Brown to the sixth generation 990. Grey mesh makes up the base with Hamilton Brown suede placed on the overlays, as different shades of brown and grey accent the upper. The dark grey N logo blends in with the rest of the upper as Carhartt WIP branding is placed on the tongue. The FuelCell cushioned midsole is seen in cream with the firmer ENCAP foam seen in tan as a brown and black outsole finishes off the sneaker.
