Closer Look: This Eminem x Air Jordan 3 2012 Sample is Ultra-Rare

The rap god Eminem has been responsible for some of the most coveted Air Jordan 4 collaborations of all time, but an Air Jordan 3 sample dating back to 2012 has recently surfaced, giving us a sneak peek at a project that didn’t actually make it to production. Never released in any shape or form, the sample arrives with a style code (MNJDLS-024-362010) and a production date of ‘2012-11-09’.

Like Eminem’s previous Jordan Brand colourways, this extremely rare sample has a simple look, with a colour scheme reminiscent of the recent A Ma Maniere collaboration. Up top, there’s a white tumbled leather upper, with smooth leather mudguards and grey elephant print overlays. For the tongue logos, there’s white embroidered Jumpmen, while red is used for the heel branding. Rounding out the design are Eminem-branded insoles, with a matching white midsole and grey outsole down below.
