Converse Japan Take to the Skies with NASA
Back in 2018 and 2019, the market was replete with NASA-branded sneakers, with Nike, PUMA, ANTA and Vans all getting patched up by the space-exploration institution. Now, we’re getting back on the launchpad, this time with for a three-strong galactic collection.
First up, two are dressed in white spacesuits of lightweight, durable high-density polyethylene non-woven fabric. The two iterations feature either a blue sole and black laces, or white underfoot and orange shoe strings to lock everything down. A white rounds out the pack, sporting black, orange and metallic details.
As with NASA’s previous co-branded efforts, logos and spacey details abound, and lunar footprint or diagrammatic innersoles add the final touch.
