Via: Crocs

Brands and businesses across the globe are starting to announce their Q2 earnings results. We’ve already learnt that there’s ‘brand heat’ on the way for PUMA and that Loewe was declared ‘world’s hottest brand’. Now it’s Crocs turn, and they’ve just reported record quarterly revenues of $1 billion.

‘We achieved record quarterly revenues of over $1 billion, representing growth of 12% on a constant currency basis to prior year. Both the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands continue to gain share and bring in new consumers with our comfortable offerings, as evidenced by DTC growth of 26% in the second quarter,’ said Andrew Rees, Crocs CEO. ‘We continue to invest behind our strategic priorities that are driving profitable growth.’

When compared to the year prior, Crocs’ consolidated revenue reached $1,072.4 million, which is an 12 per cent increase. That also includes the HEYDUDE brand under the Crocs umbrella, which saw revenue increase by 29.7 per cent. Independently, the Crocs brand earned $883 million, up 14.9 per cent compared to 2022. Fuelling the expansion was the substantial revenue increases of two regions: Asia Pacific with 39 per cent and North America with 12.5 per cent.

For the third quarter, Crocs are expecting revenue to grow between 3-5 per cent, which would result in revenues between $1,013-$1,034 million.
