Event Recap: 'Wall of Fame – The Dunk Legacy' in Milan

Milan’s recently collaborated with the Laced Up Community for a special three-day event celebrating the , which included the ‘Wall of Fame – The Dunk Legacy’ display.

The event gave Milan’s sneaker enthusiasts and the Milan Fashion Week international audience a chance to listen to a panel run by avid collectors, while the display itself housed over 100 pairs of the world’s rarest Dunks, including F&F versions and never-released samples.

Marco Rizzi (SSC project manager), Attilio Ceccacci (one of the most respected Italian collectors), Mike Frutto (Nike SB collector and founder of the Facebook community Nike SB Italy) and Luca Santeramo (sneaker editor at NSS Magazine) made up the opening night’s panel. The avid Dunk aficionados retraced the various steps in the Nike Dunk history, and discussed the current role of Nike Dunk and the impact it could have on the younger generations of collectors.
