First Look: NBA x Nike Dunk Low ‘Brooklyn Nets’ for NBA’s 75th Anniversary
The is celebrating its 75th anniversary – otherwise known as the ‘Diamond Anniversary’ – alongside , who are set to release two special edition to commemorate the milestone. Up until this point, we’d only seen leaked pics of the Sail/Black/Chile Red colourway, which could be an ode to the Bulls or Knicks. Well, there’s no guessing as to the inspiration behind this Black/Racer Blue/Grey Fog/Orange pair. It’s one for the Brooklyn Nets fans!
Dressed in classic Nets colours from the New Jersey era, the sneaker features a leather construction, which actually looks pretty high quality from the leaked pics. Additionally, there’s celebratory ‘75th anniversary’ tongue tags with the Jerry West silhouette from the NBA logo, while a hybrid New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets logo hits towards the lateral heel. In another nice touch, there’s diamond-etched lace dubraes. Down below, we get a white midsole with bright orange stitching, which sits above a blue outsole.
No official release date has been revealed, but look for the NBA x Nike Dunk Low EMB ‘75th Anniversary’ styles to release later in 2021, possibly in October. Stay tuned for updates.
