For Sale: Bill Murray’s ‘Game-Worn’ Air Jordan 2s from Space Jam!

As the hype continues to build for LeBron James’ Space Jam: A New Legacy, it’s the perfect time to revisit Michael Jordan’s cosmic 1996 masterpiece, Space Jam.

There was obviously plenty of heat on display during the interstellar flick (most famously headlined by the Air Jordan 11), and it looks like we’ve now got the chance to lace part of the film’s history, with Bill Murrays ‘game-worn’ Air Jordan 2s up for auction via Julien’s Auctions.

The sneakers, which featured during the film’s final game, will also come with memorabilia including the red Acme Clothing brand tee, Tasmanian Devil tee, and the white socks Murray wore. The shoes are also housed in their original box.

Coming in size 11, the Air Jordans form part of the ‘Hollywood Legends and Luminaries’ auction in Beverly Hills which is currently live online. At the time of writing, the leading bid was $12,500.

Space Jam: A New Legacy takes flight in theatres and HBO Max on July 16.
