J Balvin’s Personal Sneaker Collection Hits the Auction Block
2025 is set to be a blockbuster year for Colombian singer ‘The Prince of Reggaeton’ is gearing up for his much-anticipated Back to the Rayo tour, marking his return to North American arenas after a long six-year break. The tour will celebrate his Grammy-nominated album, Rayo, with 27 scheduled stops.
J Balvin is also hooking up with JOOPITER, a digital-first auction house and content platform founded by to host the Pa La Cultura auction. Featuring collection of works that spans fashion, sneakers, art, and collectibles, the items are taken directly from Balvin’s own collection.
Sneaker highlights include a Friends and Family edition of his collaboration, a customised x by and Verdy’s Girls Don't Cry x Pro SB QS.
The reggaeton megastar is no stranger to the sneaker game. Over the years, J Balvin has delivered several standout collaborations with Jordan Brand, including the Air Jordan 1 High OG 'Colores y Vibras', the 'J Balvin', and the 'Medellín Sunset' and 'Rio'.
The auction will be open for global bidding at from December 2 to 12, 2024.
