Kanye West Tells Forbes He's Worth $3.3 Billion, Not The Reported $1.3 Billion

Kanye West is reportedly worth $1.3 billion, overcoming $50 million in debt he claimed to have accumulated back in 2016. However, according to CNN, Kanye believes he’s actually worth even more, text-messaging his Forbes contact that the figure should’ve been reported as $3.3 billion.

According to Forbes journalist Zack O'Malley, Kanye came through with this message: ‘It's $3.3 billion since no one at Forbes knows how to count.’

A large portion of Ye’s wealth can be attributed to the 11 per cent royalty he receives on all Yeezy revenue, which was reported to be $1.3 billion in 2019.

We guess that switch from the Swoosh has paid off.
