Instead of settling for a comfortable farewell ride on the bench in the backend of his career, it’s been a milestone year. It was most recently capped off by making unprecedented history. Hailing from Miami, UNKNWN are a sneaker boutique co-owned by James, and this is their second colab with The King’s sneaker. They previously designed the ‘’ with its suede treatment lending it a sandy beach façade. For the LeBron 21s, they’ve continued the suede assembly, imbuing the exterior with a creamy dark amber coat. The monochrome tincture is highlighted with light fuchsia outlining the Swoosh, stamping the tongue branding, popping up in the lace loops, and speckling the midsole.
The UNKNWN x Nike LeBron 21 is due for a 2024 release and will be available from UNKNWN and Nike retailers in-store and online. The sneaker will arrive in men’s sizes with a $210 retail price sticker.
