Look Inside This Insane Nike SB Dunk Exhibit at K11 STREET/PARK
We’ve seen quite a few of the amid the silhouette’s return to the spotlight, but few have been as impressive as this exhibit curated at Hong Kong’s K11 STREET/PARK. Keeping it close to the culture, the indoor skate facility has dozens of rare pairs on display, which are sure to evoke some pleasant nostalgia for long-time Dunk aficionados.
There’s some seriously rare pairs among the assortment, including the ‘Heineken’ SB Dunks, which are seen encased next to the uber-hyped collaboration with Futura from 2003. Also spotted in the pics is the ‘D.U.N.K.L.E.’, original Supreme Dunks, among other Grails from the ‘Golden Era’.
‘The idea was simple – to connect diverse communities and create an inclusive skate culture for all,’ says Edward Chiu from K11 in regards to the purpose of the exhibit.
The largest indoor skate park in Hong Kong, K11 STREET/PARK regularly hosts pop-ups which hero skate culture.
