Man Behind Supplied PDX Jailed for Selling Fake Sneakers
The US Federal Court has shut down a website for selling millions of dollars worth of fake sneakers.
James Pepion, who was selling fugazi footwear through Supplied PDX, first made headlines in 2016. reportedly initiated the crackdown by unleashing a team of private investigators on get-supplied.com. They found Pepion had processed some 2.6 million USD through his PayPal.
The matter went into litigation shortly after and now is reporting that Pepion has been sentenced to serve four months in prison and pay $100,000 USD in reparations.
