The Accessible Nike AF-1 EasyOn Gets a 'Rugged Orange' Colourway
EasyOn (originally called FlyEase) technology was developed in consultation with the disability community to create accessible sportswear for everyone. The technology creates a hands-free slip on sneaker thanks to the collapsible heel. Originally launched in an Low ‘Triple White’ model, a slightly more colourful iteration is on the way in ‘Rugged Orange’.
The EasyOn model looks exactly the same as the OG AF-1 Low, with no visible sign of its accessibility function. The new iteration has a completely white upper and sole, and the titular colour comes in on the Swoosh, heel panel, tongue branding and insole branding. The deep orange is the perfect colour for the upcoming Fall season for the Northern Hemisphere.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low EasyOn ‘Rugged Orange’ is set to be available later this year, although there’s no official release date yet. Stay locked to SF for updates and check out the video below to see how the EasyOn works.
