The Nike Air Max 1 ’86 has been building up plenty of hype over the past few months since the ‘Big Bubble’ Air Max Day release, with colourways leaking on an almost weekly basis. Four new iterations have already landed in a partnership with Kids of Immigrants alongside a wild ‘Blue Safari’ that’s had leaked imagery circling throughout last week. Now, official imagery has arrived of a new colourway dubbed ‘World Make’, and it could be a Korean exclusive.

According to early reports, the ‘World Make’ is from the mind of Nike Korea and will release in 2023 as an exclusive. The whole upper has been doused in an eclectic material mix, leaning on hemp for the underlays with complementary textile overlays and tumbled leather mudguards and Swoosh. A bone colour dominates most of the iteration and sits alongside black accents and custom tongue branding.
