The Nike Air Max 1 is Feeling Rugged in 'Beef and Broccoli'

2023 was the year of the Nike Air Max 1, as the Swoosh made the first Air Max sneaker a point of emphasis this year with dozens of colourways, new and old. The momentum isn’t slowing down anytime soon as more colourways are dropping on the Tinker Hatfield-designed sneaker, such as this upcoming ‘Beef and Broccoli’ pair arriving in 2024.

Dressed similar to a Field Boot, green mesh makes up the base as brown hairy suede is played on the overlays, hence the ‘Beef and Broccoli’ moniker. Brown and green leather is also placed throughout, namely on the Swoosh, and trail-inspired laces are used. Nike branding is seen on the tongue tag and heel, with a black midsole encapsulating an Air Max unit in the heel and a black outsole finishing off the sneaker.

The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Beef and Broccoli’ will drop sometime in 2024 via Nike’s channels and at select retailers for $140. Check out the photos above and keep it locked to Sneaker Freaker for any updates.
