One of the most beloved sneakers from the action-packed 1990s, Charles Barkley’s Nike Air Max CB 94 continues to get airtime in the 2020s, the bellicose silhouette already appearing in several OG colourways.

The latest to arrive is a brand new design composed in ‘Light Iron Ore’, ‘Monarch’, ‘Black’, ‘Light Bone’, and ‘White’, and once again looks to pay homage to the immutable Phoenix Suns garb.

Featuring a ‘White Bone’ leather base with ‘Golden Wheat’ contrasting accents throughout, the CB 94 retains all the design hallmarks of the mid-90s silhouette, including large Air bubbles in the heels and lock-down fit actually modelled on straight jackets.

Perhaps the most salient design aspect of the colourway, however, is actually the subtle airbrushed detailing throughout the uppers, which adds a certain depth whilst extending the classic 1990s graffiti-inspired vernacular dominant throughout the era.
