The Nike Air Max Plus Terrascape Hulks Out!
Style and sustainability are two words that provide smooth and simple alliteration, but sneaker brands seem to have a hard time seamlessly slotting them into one product. Thankfully, that's not the case for ever-expanding Terrascape line. Offering upgraded and environmentally conscious takes on classic Air Max models like the , and , the Terrascape kicks are both Earth-friendly and eye-catching. Now, the Air Max Plus Terrascape has appeared in a bold new colourway that gives off some Incredible Hulk vibes.
Made up of smoky black mesh that's quickly accented by hits of olive and periwinkle, this Terrascape is practically loaded with detail from toe to heel. Among its standout pieces are an elevated midfoot cage/mudguard hybrid that gives three-dimensional detail to the OG ' midfoot overlays – which were inspired by palm trees swaying in the wind – a stripped-back tongue and heel overlay with funky branding and a dropped Swoosh that's almost completely covered.
Midsoles are made entirely of Nike's recycled Crater Foam, and surround neon green Air cushioning units in both the heel and the forefoot. The Plus' signature midfoot shank replaces its standard TN branding with an unintentionally hilarious TS logo that, when sat on its side or flipped upside down, almost looks like an extended middle finger. It's certainly not an -level incident, but once you see it you really can't unsee it!
If you're looking to Hulk out with a pair of these Air Max Plus Terrascapes, they'll release later this year. When they do, you can expect to plunk down $185 for a pair.
