Nike Take the Air Max Plus To the Great Outdoors
Though its signature wavy overlays may have originally been inspired by palm trees swaying in the Florida sunset, the has become one of go-to city sneakers. It's loved in metropolises worldwide, no matter if it's referred to as the Plus or the TN, has released in dozens of colourways and is a certified pavement-pounder. However, it's leaving the city for the country – and displaying the beauty of nature – on an outdoorsy new colourway that just appeared in grade school sizes.
With a colour scheme that's reminiscent of a gorgeous nighttime sky and the trees that frame it, this Air Max Plus uses a dark navy mesh on its upper that gradually fades to a lighter shade and is accented by plenty of black details. There are also small pops of green on the toebox and throat, the latter of which sits below a custom Nike tree graphic on the tongue. A smattering of white speckles on the black midsole seems to represent a starry sky, while the signature yellow TN badge on the heel completes the look with some signature urban flair.
We don't have a release date for this new Air Max Plus colourway just yet, but keep it locked for updates as they're sure to arrive soon!
