Nike Dunk Low Women's Black/White Is Back ... With a Sustainable Twist!
As the old adage goes, 'simplicity is key', and is a shoe that implicitly understands that popular saying. Already one of 2021's most popular low-cut takes on the thanks to its no-frills construction and timeless colour scheme, the Black/White is making a return before the end of this year thanks to a new Next Nature makeup.
Upon the first glimpse, telling the Next Nature apart from its standard Black/White counterpart is somewhat like Squid Game's players trying to tell tempered glass apart from plain glass (kudos to you if you catch the reference). However, much like Squid Game, a trained eye can spot the differences.
The easiest way to tell the Next Nature apart from its predecessor is the insole, which is swathed in volt and boasts Nike's pinwheel graphic. Apart from that, the only true differentiator is the tongue tag – which opts for a black graphic on a white base instead of the white and black combo seen on the original. The shoe's upper, composed of at least 50 per cent recycled content by weight, also appears to feature a slightly different sheen.
A women's style, the Nike Dunk Low Next Nature Black/White should arrive at retailers before the end of the year. Nike are yet to announce a retail price, but it'll likely be $100, in line with previous Dunk releases.
