Nike Add Glamorous Details, Gold Chains and More To the Dunk Low
The has come a long way since introduced it as a basketball shoe in August of 1985. In the three decades-plus since then, it's become a skateboarding favourite, a collaborative centrepiece and a 'daily driver' for millions of sneaker lovers. Now, it's taking a walk on the lavish side thanks to a new women's that boasts metallic tones, special accents and more.
Made entirely of leather (save for the standard nylon tongue), the shoe's upper offsets its simple white tones with rich metallic gold and silver leather accents. This opulent detailing is attention-demanding, but not nearly as arresting as the special golden lace deubres with an original Nike script logo sitting above a mini Cuban link-style gold chain!
Dashes of red appear on the tongue and the heel, while the insoles present an interesting print that's somewhere in between cheetah print and safari. This isn't the only loud Dunk Low for the ladies we've seen in the early days of 2022 either – a that featured everything from purple pony hair to leopard print popped up earlier this week.
Nike have yet to reveal release information for this blinged-out iteration of the Dunk, but we'll be sure to update you as soon as it's made available.
