continue to double down on their exaggerated version of the . The arrival of the earlier this year divided sneakerheads, but despite the mixed reception, Nike haven’t slowed down on rolling out a steady line-up of colourways. Next up to possibly split tastes even further is the sweet and sticky ‘Honey’ flavour.
The Nike Dunk Low was reborn in 2019, and since reimagining the original 1985 silhouette, Nike hasn’t shied away from tweaking the shape. The Nike Dunk Low Twist is a women’s exclusive variety of the Peter Moore design, featuring extended rubber Swoosh logos and rubber bumpers above the midsole on the heel and toe. The colourway for this release sees the TPU build dripping with a monochrome bee pollen tint.
Warm amber washes over the entire leather and plastic silhouette, with different golden yellow swashes contrasting each section against each other. Soft shades illuminate the overlay, tongue, and laces with a darker motif coating the vamp, mid-foot, collar, and sole. The extended Swoosh lights up the medial and lateral sides in a striking lightning-bolt pale blonde and the tongue’s plastic logo pops out in a dark gold.
