This Nike Dunk Low Declares ‘The Future is Equal’

Update March 1, 2023: After first surfacing in December last year, Nike are now preparing to release the women’s Nike Dunk Low ‘The Future is Equal’ this month. Nike haven’t declared this to be an International Women’s Day release, but pairs will be landing on the globally recognised date, March 8.

Among them is this upcoming pair of Dunks, which have a predominantly subtle makeup with one very important message. Starting with the uppers, this iteration has been dressed in a white canvas construction with matching laces and Swooshes. Underneath, you’ll find two different shades hitting the midsoles and outsoles. Then moving to the back of the shoes, you’ll find messaging printed on the lateral heels, reading ‘The Future is Equal’ in a cartoon-inspired font. The messaging can also be found printed on the insoles.
