Nike Run Back the Roshe One for 2023
Early reports that are bringing back the legendary in 2023 are circulating. The sneaker formerly known as the Roshe Run debuted in 2012 as a low-cost and comfortable design that many consider the catalyst of modern sneaker culture. After years of ubiquity and countless releases to the point that it became a victim of its own success, it appears the Swoosh are going to capture that magic once again.
As reported by , the Roshe One’s retro isn’t just a one-off event. Technically speaking, the Roshe still exists right now under the Nike Golf range. All of the basic favourites are returning, such as the ‘Black’, ‘Midnight Navy’ and ‘Wolf Grey’, plus equivalent women’s editions. It looks like the shoe hasn’t changed at all since its golden era, which means it still has the formless mesh upper, single-piece foam sole and round laces. If it ain’t broke…
SR claim that the 2023 Roshe One will retail for $75, a mere $5 increase on its RRP from over a decade ago. Talk about recession proof… As these are (hopefully) going to be a general release and available in similar abundance as the old days, don’t expect a hard launch date, but a rough ballpark of autumn 2023 has been slated.
