Nike Release Another 'Be True' SB Dunk

Nike are continuing their celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community with the newest addition to the ‘Be True’ collection. The collection is a ‘celebration of love through identity, expression, and sport', with the most recent release being the Air Max 97 for pride month in June. This newest addition is a luminescent SB Dunk.

The base of the upper is constructed of a smooth silver patent leather that covers the side panels, toe box, tongue and collar. The overlays are made of an iridescent material that has a gradient of pink, purple, orange, yellow and blue, creating a shimmering and reflective effect. A tag appears on the tongue with the phrase ‘Be true to your DNA’. The pair is topped off with white laces, a translucent rubber sole, and dark blue branding on the heel and insole.

There’s no release date for the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Be True’ yet, but it is expected to land for $130 in the next few months, potentially aligning with LGBTQIA+ History Month in October.
