The Nike SB Dunk High Travels to ‘Kentucky’

Update February 15, 2022: It appears skate stores are beginning to receive stock of the Nike SB Dunk High 'Kentucky', such as 202SKATESHOP in Japan. As it's an Orange Label release, these Dunks are skate store exclusives and thus are subject to how each retailer wishes to sell them.
continue to look back to the 1985 ‘Be True to your School’ era, rehashing older colourways for the silhouette’s massive newfound customer base. Last year, at arguably the peak of the resurgence, we received absolute classics such as the and . It was only natural that some of that 80s flavour trickled down onto the , the similar looking () cousin to the mainline silhouette.
Following rumours, and early leaked imagery, we’ve just received our first official look at the Orange Label skate shop-exclusive inspired by the OG ‘Kentucky’ iteration! While not an exact one-for-one remake, it loosely resembles the colourway, and is probably the best we’ll be getting for a while.
Opinions aside, the whole shoe has been crafted in leather, with white base and perforated toe, matching the midsole, laces and mesh tongue. Crispy clean blue overlays cover the rest of the upper with subtle orange touches on the tongue and insole. If you cop this ‘Kentucky’ boarder, then you’ll also receive a dual set of laces with orange tips. Not bad!
The Nike SB Dunk High Pro ISO ‘Kentucky’ has been scheduled to land sometime over the coming few months, retail for $110 and only be available via Orange Label skate retailers.
