Here’s What Nike Has Confirmed to Arrive in 2025

recent SNKRS Showcase initiative has fast become one of sneakerheads favourite online events, with Team Swoosh displaying the upcoming high-heat product that they have confirmed. For episode three, which was streamed recently, plenty of heat was unveiled for 2025, including more Cult Classics, banger retros, SB bring backs and archival extractions.

Airheads Rejoice!

One thing Nike are focusing on in 2025 is their catalogue and they’re set to resurrect plenty of OGs. Next year marks the 30th birthday of the , so of course, Team Swoosh are resurrecting the ’Neon’. There’s been some changes to this all-time classic, with the visible Air windows enlarged and shape staying true to the OG. Another icon that’s slated to return is the ‘Hyper Blue’ , which was initially rumoured to land this year but now is confirmed for 2025. After looking at the initial images, seemingly not much has changed when compared to the 2018 retro, but we’ll wait for the drop to judge. On the cards for February is a brand new ‘Valentine’s Day’, coming kitted with plenty of extra detailing. Finally for the Air Max catalogue, Nike have decided to retro the archival Air Max Craze, a 2002 women’s model designed by Martin Lotti, the chief design officer at Nike.

Cult Classics Return

When compared to previous years, Nike’s 2025 Cult Classic catalogue is much slimmer than usual. Following the success of signature ‘Hot Lava’, Nike are resurrecting the OG tennis sneak in ‘Stone Blue’ and ‘Racer Pink’. Another one set to spark up Deion Sanders fans is the return of the Nike Cross Trainer. This was a 1994 model and will return this February in a true-to-OG ‘Atlanta’ colourway.

Any and All Conditions

It’s hard not to hold a special place in your heart for Nike’s subdivision. Next year they seem to be keeping it low-key with two models locked in to land. First up is the ACG Rufus, which has made small waves this year thanks to its platform mule build. Nike have also locked in the Aqua Turf for 2025, a relic from 1992 that has yet to be re-released. The Aqua Turf is a cousin of the Aqua Sock and was marketed as the next evolution in Team Swoosh water sports back in the 90s.

For the Gals

Nike’s women’s catalogue continues to get bolstered with bangers, whether it’s these specific releases or newer models that are landing. For the female Sportswear range, Nike have resurrected the , which was initially a running model from the early-aughts. None other than helped debuted the updated model to the world, which is now built for lifestyle with several colourways already primed to drop next year. Sitting alongside the SuperFly is the , which recently saw a debut across the globe. As Beaverton’s latest Air-injected model, there’s sure to be a big push in 2025 in an array of colourways.

Sport Specific

The sport-turned-lifestyle catalogue from Team Swoosh will always be a dominating force on release calendars and 2025 will be no different. Kicking things off is the Air Zoom Paul Rodriguez 1, which will see a retro in the classic White/Black colourway. himself has already teased this return, but some sneakerheads were critical, asking for retro returns of the skaters many other models with the Swoosh. On the football front, Nike have shared further colourways of the Total 90 III retro, alongside flashy gold and silver colourways of the Gato LV8.
