It’s hard to believe Giannis Antetokounmpo is already approaching his fourth signature sneaker. The Greek-Nigerian has become an undisputed giant in the NBA in recent years, and his sneaker deal with the Swoosh is generating plenty of buzz among sneakerheads and contemporaries – even Kevin Durant recently admitted to lacing the Freaks!

With the official announcement of the Nike Zoom Freak 4 in June, the model has now been revealed in a ‘Barely Volt’ colourway, one of the designs slated to kick-off the launch of the new silhouette.

Emblazoned by the on-trend reverse Swoosh (thanks, Travis Scott), the Zoom Freak 4 again arrives in low-top form, and shares many of the design hallmarks of its progenitors. Boasting dual-unit Zoom Air cushioning and Nike React foam along the heel, the signature branding elements this time strike the tongues, sockliners, heels and sole units.
