Release Date: Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ‘Royal Tint and Photon Dust’

Update May 25, 2023: The women’s Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ‘Royal Tint and Photon Dust’ will see a staggered release. Pairs are already available at select stockists, and the SNKRS launch is locked for June 15.

The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 experienced an incredible resurgence in 2022. Originally launched in 2011, the Vomero 5 was the fifth edition of the franchise and notably overhauled the midfoot area with Zoom Air cushioning both in the forefoot and heel. After sitting dormant for nearly a decade, A-COLD-WALL*s collaboration in 2018 helped reintroduce the silhouette to the zeitgeist, the zany, retrofuturist build even affixed with a large protruding block to the heel.

Flash forward to 2023, and sneakerheads are still eager to lace the silhouette (albeit in a more conservative retro format), the latest women’s exclusive ‘Royal Tint’ colourway scheduled for spring 2023. Featuring ‘Photon Dust’, ‘Royal Tint’, ‘Gridiron’, ‘Sail’, and ‘Chrome’, this model is constructed with an open mesh base with leather overlays. Emblazoned with signature plastic side panels and heel counters, Zoom Air cushioning and 3M accents round out the design.
