Official Images: adidas Trae Young 1 'CNY'

While it’s been somewhat of a struggle during the early stages of season 2021-22 for Trae Young’s Atlanta Hawks, we’re certainly expecting the big-hearted baller to do much of the team’s heavy lifting when it comes to the postseason.

The Oklahoma alumni continues to add more notches to his belt, the 2020 NBA All-Star receiving his first signature sneaker, the adidas Trae 1, in October 2021. We’ve now got a brand new colourway on the way, the adidas Trae Young 1 ‘CNY’ arriving to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Arriving in ‘Sky Rush’, ‘Blue Rush’, and ‘Core Black’, the latest model comes affixed with graphics honouring Chinese culture, while Chinese characters are stamped on the tongues, heels, and insoles.

Look for the adidas Trae Young 1 ‘CNY’ to release early February. The retail price is $130.
