Official Look: The Quartersnacks x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Zebra’ Shows its Stripes
Recently unveiled alongside and collaborations, a wild take on the is arriving thanks to and New York City skateboarding magazine and news source . Originally linking up with SB in 2014 for a Dunk Low, and in 2018 for a duo of Blazer Lows, Quartersnacks show off their stripes with an eye-catching design tipped to land in the next month or two.
The on-trend ‘Zebra’ print is emblazoned along the toe box, side panels, collars and insoles, while clean black leather overlays add depth to the toe caps, Swooshes, and eyestays. It’s not the animal which inspires the pattern, but rather the New York junk food staple Little Debbie’s Zebra Cakes, a zebra-striped cake snack.
The Quartersnacks logo is embroidered along the lateral heel, while co-branding appears on the tongues and insoles. Perhaps most notable, however, is the tongue, Quartersnacks opting for a classic Dunk tongue as opposed to the Nike SB’s chunkier rendition. Down below, off-white midsoles complement a black rubber outsole.
Look for the Quartersnacks x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Zebra’ to release in the coming months at select skate stores and Nike.
