‘I am so stoked to be a part of the Vans Family,’ Zion said. ‘The fact that they’ve been supporting skateboarding forever and put skating first in everything they do means the world to me.’
The announcement has been one of worst-kept secrets in the skateboarding world, after the 22-year-old ended his deal with earlier this year. Following the departure, he had this to say via IG.

Originally from Jupiter, Florida, the LA-resident has been a pro for Real Skateboards since 2017, and has experienced a cataclysmic rise to fame after winning this year’s Dew Tour Park event after going in ranked 114th in the world. The victory earned him a ticket to Tokyo.
