Pensole Academy and adidas S.E.E.D. are Searching for Generation 2021

The adidas School for Experiential Education in Design (S.E.E.D.) has teamed up with the Pensole Academy to unearth the next generation of young footwear designers. Based at adi’s Brooklyn Creator Farm, Generation 2021 will undertake a paid two-year program that includes job placement for valuable experience.

In a bid to offer more support and opportunities, applicants for Generation 2021 must be black womxn aged over 18 who specifically are pursuing careers in footwear design.

The adidas S.E.E.D. program was launched earlier this year in partnership with the Pensole Academy, with Generation 2020 comprised of up-and-coming female designers.
