Recycled Fabrics Reach the Nike Air Max Plus Crater
has been enjoying its reign at the top of the eco-sneaker space. They’ve dominated with their avant-garde , and cemented their green habits with a slew of Crater silhouettes crafted with sustainable materials. Now, joining the pack of recycled eco-friendly Crater sneakers from Team Swoosh is a fuzzy made with recycled woolen fibres.
Starting with the upper, Nike have opted for a darker hue with tonal hits of grey and white interwoven to create a slight unfinished, deconstructed effect. Moving on, this Air Max Plus boasts a grey toe cap matching the grey mudguard that has had its stitching exposed. Elsewhere, the midsole can be seen rocking a fresh off-white shade, which complements the ‘Volt’ Air unit and Swoosh. Completing the sustainable sneaker is the Grind rubber outsole.
